Format of the Hackathon

I see the new update. You have changed the Hackathon Format. There was never a further round to tie breakers. Especially 10 + days since the hackathon winners announcement. Deleted the previous discussion of builders asking for communication. Then finally you changed the prize rubric to non cash prizes.

There is NO way to know if there is even another round since we are going the email route. It is the same as the last one. Winners were announced by email but never updated publicly on devpost.

This is not right and I wanted this to be visible.
